Danfoss A/S acquires Vacon Plc

Aventum acted as adviser to Vacon Plc. Danfoss A/S (“Danfoss”), the Danish private producer of components and solutions, has made a voluntary public offer to acquire Vacon Plc (“Vacon”) [HEL:VAC1V], Helsinki-listed, electric drive producer.
