Aventum was founded in 2003 by professionals with strong track-record from more than 200 M&A and capital market transactions executed in Finland since the early 1990s. Our founding partners’ vision was to establish the first corporate finance boutique in Helsinki that would measure up to the highest international standards and be completely independent from banks and other institutions. 

Today, Aventum is a leading independent investment bank in Finland in terms of transaction experience, number of professionals and scope of services.

Aventum combines leading local market expertise with global reach, making us a valuable asset for our clients. Experience from two decades of transactions, where finding the right investors or targets doesn’t follow geographical borders, has led us to become a true cross-border transaction specialist with strong Nordic roots.

In almost all cases, international parties participate in our processes. Over 50% of our deals end up being cross-border transactions and we have successfully conducted deals on 5 different continents. Most recently we have closed deals with investors from the US, India, Germany and the Nordic countries.
