Institutional owners of Avara to sell their shares to the management

Aventum successfully advised the institutional owners of Avara in the management buy-out arrangement. Following the transaction, Avara’s operating leadership and the chairman of the board collectively own approximately 90% of the company. Avara, with assets under management exceeding EUR 1.2 billion, ranks among the largest independent real estate investment management companies in Finland covering the full value chain of residential real estate investment. Avara offers its domestic and international investors diverse array of investment opportunities in residential real estate including alternative investment funds, residential companies, and collaborative joint ventures. The leadership is united in its goal to advance Avara as a dynamic and distinctive pioneer in residential real estate investing. The new ownership structure will enhance Avara’s standing among stakeholders, making it an even more attractive partner for investors.
