Sponsor Capital exits Tikomet Oy to Global Tungsten & Powders Corp(GTP), a subsidiary of Plansee Holding AG

Global Tungsten & Powders Corp(GTP), the US-based producer and supplier of semi-finished products, components, and powders made from tungsten, phosphor, and molybdenum and a subsidiary of Plansee Holding AG, the Austria-based manufacturers of powder-metallurgical products and components, has acquired Tikomet Oy, the Finland-based company engaged in recycling of hardmetal scrap by the zinc process, from Sponsor Capital Oy, the Finland-based private equity firm and Tikomet's management, for an undisclosed consideration.
