Refinancing of Innokas Medical and direct share issue to new majority owner (56%) Serres Group Oy

Serres Group Oy, a Finland-based company that manufactures high-quality suction systems for healthcare professionals, has acquired a 56% stake in Innokas Medical Ltd, a Finland-based health technology company that offers design and product development, regulatory approvals and manufacturing of medical devices, for an undisclosed consideration.
