BMH Technology refinances its current financing facilities and signs an additional 10 EURm bank guarantee facility

Aventum acted as advisor to BMH Technology Oy (“BMH” or “Company”) with its financing arrangement, consisting of refinancing of its current financing facilities and signing an additional 10 EURm bank guarantee facility. 

BMH Technology is a well-established technology company that designs and builds solutions for material recovery, renewable energy and recreation of raw materials. The Company’s offering covers complete waste and biomass plants, highly recognized TYRANNOSAURUS branded equipment and life cycle services. BMH employs some 170 professionals, revenue being ~50 EURm in 2023.
