Digiprint Finland Oy, the Finland-based holding company operating through is subsidiaries which is engaged in providing printing and binding services, and a subsidiary of Panostaja Oyj, the listed Finland-based company engaged in investing and helping to develop companies, has agreed to acquire Multiprint Oy, the Finland-based company engaged in providing printing and archiving services, from Turun Metsankavijat Ry, the Finland-based company having interest in companies engaged in providing printing services, for an undisclosed consideration.
