Aventum advised Solteq Plc (“Solteq”) on the sale of its Danish healthcare software business to Confirma Software

Solteq, a Nordic IT services and software solutions provider, has agreed to sell its Danish healthcare software business to Confirma Software.

The business transaction is a logical continuum to enhance Solteq’s focus on selected solutions and expert services in the energy sector, retail industry, and ecommerce. Confirma Software, a Nordic company specialising in industry-specific software solutions, is a natural choice for continuing the Danish healthcare software business.

Aventum acted as adviser to Solteq in the transaction. The transaction is estimated to be completed by the end of 2024 but no later than the first quarter of 2025. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
