Aventum Partners acted as the sole financial adviser to the shareholders of Satatekniikka on the sale of all the shares in the company.
Satatekniikka specialises in the design, manufacture, maintenance and spare part sales of hydraulic, pneumatic and centralised lubrication systems. The company has grown rapidly and is nationwide market leader in Finland in its core business areas.
Volito Automation is part of Volito Group which is a privately owned investment company based in Malmö with annual turnover of some 300 million EUR.
