Aventum acted as adviser to Sentica Partners and other shareholders in Descom Group Oy.
Solteq Oyj, a listed Finland-based software services company, providing customized business development and ERP solutions to companies in retail, car sales, and industry, has agreed to acquire Descom Oy from Sentica Partners Oy, Aidacom Partners Oy, Corpinghouse Oy and other private investors.
Descom Oy is a Finland-based provider of application development and consulting services.
