Kamp Group Oy acquires Hotel Haven, Hotel Fabian and Hotel Lilla Roberts from Royal Ravintolat Oy

Aventum acted as adviser to Royal Ravintolat Oy. Kamp Group Oy, the Finland-based company that operates a chain of hotels and restaurants, has acquired Hotel Haven, Hotel Fabian and Hotel Lilla Roberts, the Finland-based hotels, from Royal Ravintolat Oy, the Finland-based owner and operator of hotels and restaurants, for an undisclosed consideration.
