Finland-based undisclosed bidders acquire Saipu Oy from Hartela Oy

Finland-based undisclosed bidders have agreed to acquire 66.7% stake in Saipu Oy, the Finland-based HVAC contracting company, from Hartela Oy, the Finland based construction company, for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction will help Saipu to further develop as an independent building services company. Hartela Oy will retain the remaining 33.3% stake in Saipu Oy. Kari Varkki will be the new CEO of the company. Saipu was formed in June 2014 with the merger of two companies. Saipu Oy has 200 employees along with offices in Helsinki, Turku and Lappeenranta.
