Bonnier Books AB, the Sweden-based company that provides multi-channel media service and publishes books, has agreed to acquire Akateeminen Kirjakauppa Oy, a Finland-based company engaged in operating a chain of bookstores, from Stockmann plc, the listed Finland-based company active in the retail trade sector.
