BMH Technology Oy expands its ownership base by significant minority investment from Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company

Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company, the Finland-based insurance company and Finnish Industry Investment Ltd, the Finland-based private equity firm, has acquired significant minority stake in BMH Technology Oy, the Finland-based company provides waste refining solutions for the needs of waste management, energy production and the process industry and solid biomass fuel handling systems for power plants, for an undisclosed consideration. BMH Technology currently employs 135 employees directly and 200 indirectly and reported revenue of EUR 54m for year ending 2015.
